- Why only one plan?
- Solo owner-drivers need the same toolkit: jobs, invoices, fuel, BAS, profit. No fake tiers that unlock “invoice #2.” Everyone on OwnerHaul gets the full cab workflow.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Create an account and use the full product for 30 days. Add a card only if you want to keep going after the trial.
- What’s included in the trial?
- Everything in the paid plan, including AI helpers (fair hourly caps). Shared demo is separate — sample data, no real emails.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime from Plan in the app (Stripe portal) or by emailing us. You keep access until the period you paid for ends. See Refunds for billing details. Refunds.
- Is GST added on top?
- Yes. The $25.00/mo price is exclusive of GST. Stripe Tax adds 10% GST at checkout where applicable. Our ABN is 16 835 107 186.
- Will this replace my accountant?
- No. OwnerHaul keeps the numbers tidy so you or your accountant finish BAS faster. You still lodge.
